it was too small, but i guess that was more my mistake for not reading the description enough and measuring the cat.. Also, the seat belt loop is a bit ridiculous. The version before had two velcro straps that fit to the bottom of the seat belt but this one is just one big loop in the middle that doesn’t fit the belt well. I returned this one and bought the $48 older version at petsmart.

This was a great cat carrier for us. We only used it once because it will be the last time we ever carry our cat. (She hates being carried.) We had to take her as a carry-on from California to North Carolina and it was hard. She cried and peed and was then wet and smelly. But the back was great and kept her contained. Probably better for a smaller pet.
